The all-new BMW M2 G87 has become quite a controversial topic of conversation among BMW enthusiasts around the world. The latest design of the BMW M2 has come a long way since the brands release of its first sporty model with compact dimensions back in 1973, with the BMW 2002 Turbo

Ever since the leaked images of the new BMW M2 earlier this year, social media has been abuzz with BMW fans debating as to whether the new futuristic shape is a thing of beauty or an absolute monstrosity. At Premium Components Ltd we believe this is going to be another one of those marmite models, you either love it or hate it - a similar situation was experience with the release of the new BMW M3 G80 back in 2021.

However, looks aside, this latest edition of the BMW M2 is no entry-level M car, it is acclaimed to be an M2 car like the world has not yet seen. With an output of 460 hp/ 338 kw (90 hp / 66 kw more than its base line predecessor) and peak torque of 550 Nm, this machine is a force to be reconned with. With power directed to an 8 speed Automatic gear box we are presented with an impressive 0-60mph in 4.1 seconds (4.3 Seconds with the optional Manual Gearbox)

Prices for the new BMW M2 start at £63,820.00 which is just shy of £16k cheaper than the M4 Competition - still the question remains, will the BMW community learn to love the new BMW M2, Front and Rear bumpers and all, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
